I made an appointment online 3-4 weeks ago and showed up for my haircut & color and there was someone else claiming she had an appointment at the same time. I lost out. There was no attempt to make it up to me. Bad customer service! If your online system is flawed, don’t use it!

Stephanie was great and helped manage my hair after not having it cut in over a year. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. She was also very accommodating when I asked for an extra service and still finished in time for her next client without me feeling rushed. I’ll be back, this time before I let another year go by 😉
