Took 3 hours to get a full set and pedicure and the ironic thing is when I got there they were boasting about how they are great and quick and not like other places that take 3 hours to provide services! Came in showing the design I wanted then after getting acrylic applied was told oh sorry we don’t have a yellow to do that…. so had to pick another color since they had already put on acrylic.
As well this was my 2nd pedicure and my feet feel drier than before as well appear worse. Lastly the calisus on the feet of the person I went with are all the same when they raved about how they will be amazing and gone if you do the “Luxury Pedicure”. Then when done it was $210 for 2 pedicures and a full set. Don’t recommend as they are overpriced for services provided

The ladies at The Nail Lounge were amazing! I took my daughters for pedicures and gel toes, and they all turned out beautifully. They did not push us to buy the more expensive packages, as soon as my water started getting cold, they scooped it out and added hot! I have never gotten such great service at a walk-in nail salon. I would highly recommend The Nail Lounge!

Do NOT go here. I made an appointment, mind you this is my SECOND time trying to get my nails done here. Both times I’ve been texted and asked to come in later because they are “short staffed.” My appointment was at 11am, I talked to the owner a half hour before my appointment and confirmed I was coming in at 11 for pink and whites. I showed up at 10:50, and there was a lady cleaning up. She was very confused and told me that they usually show up late, so my person wouldn’t be here until 11:15. I waited and then when the lady got there, she proceed to tell me that she couldn’t do pink and whites, and that I needed to pick a color to get dip nails. The other lady told
Me that she could do it, but told me that she has an appointment so it would have to be later. I told her that I also have an appointment and I’m not going to pay for something that I don’t want done. I mean, come on.

very nice experience, the lady who did my nails was super sweet and made them look gorgeous ! not much extra for designs and french tips! (about $10) would recommend to visit !

My amazing wife was pampered by the team at the Nail Lounge. They were attentive and she was very happy with how they fixed a chipped nail.
