“T” is absolutely amazing. We’ve been seeing her for about a year now and have always left happy. She does awesome work and is fantastic at lots of different designs. She’s also really fun to talk to. There are a zillion colors and types of nail color to choose from also.

Some people have complained about not being able to walk in, but when she says she’s booked it’s because she really is. Me and my ladies always book our next appointment ahead of time while we’re at our current one to make sure we get seen when we’d like. I’ve personally seen her schedule and it’s usually chock-full.

It may be inconvenient for some to book ahead instead of just walking in, but at least she isn’t making you wait an hour while she finishes up another client, or has taken a walk-in when you’ve made an appointment like other nail salons are in the habit of doing.

I have never been treated so atrociously in my history of getting my nails done.
My 9 yo daughter and I walked in at 3:45pm and was asked by the owner to come back at 6. Ok cool. I get it you have appointments. I invited my friend to join us. We get there at 6 and had to wait 30 minutes before she started my nails. Again, cool…appointments are rarely on time, it happens. My daughter wanted a pedicure and I wanted a manicure ombré. I had existing acrylics on.
I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted… a simple ombré with fine glitter on my ring finger nail. I have acrylics on and wanted to change which usually includes gel powder for the ombré…at an extra cost. I’m okay with that. I just want the ombré.
She proceeds to paint my nails with white gel paint. I didn’t know what she was doing but I was going with it. So she pulled out some pink acrylic powder and started tapping it on my nail over the white gel polish. What? Soo I asked what she was doing and she said ombré nails. I then proceeded to ask if we could use gel powder. That’s when things took a turn. She got really frustrated because she said her other client was coming in etc. She rushed through the process…my cuticles were cut, as she was using her instrument to shape my nail she’d miss and hit my skin. She twisted my fingers to where it would hurt. The thing that got me was she left acrylic all over my fingers, my cuticles were horridly dried out (I initially asked for a manicure ) so no oil for them. The acrylic is super think ( Jersey Shore style if you catch me drift…and NOT in a good way). I’m just sitting there like what is happening? So when everything was all said and done, I was super polite in explaining why I was disappointed and also why I canceled my daughters pedicure. I didn’t want this lady to manhandle my daughter’s toes! My friend was sitting right there and saw everything. The owner just argued with me and just blamed everything on me…in front of her other customer, then she proceeded to charge me $60!!! I told her I wasn’t going to pay more than $40. I placed 2 twenties on the counter and left. As I walked out she screamed “Have a nice day!!! …. B*TCH!!!” I kept walking out.
Just wow. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there!
