I shared a photo of what exactly I wanted. Requested that length be added just because my natural nails weren’t as long as I would like for an almond file. Needless to say this is not what I wanted. The thumb on my left hand was also filed way to much on left side so it looks off balance. I have paint and powder on my fingers and I have a natural nail that is sticking out way to much from under the tip. Also the white tips were not painted on evenly with clear gel on my actual fingers as well. I’m not sure what happened to this place but I wont be going back.

they made me love getting my nails done! The place is so relaxing and no bright lights! The people are so kind!!! They make time for anything you need and work hard to make sure you leave happy!

And of course my nails look great 🤩🤩🤩

I’ve been going to K’s for over 2 years. They had good customer service and making an appointment was very easy.
My last few visits and manicures leave a lot to desire. The quality went down and the work is simply sloppy. I feel they don’t exactly listen to what I asked for. I’m actually surprised, they let a customer leave with the nails looking the way my nails were.
I feel uncomfortable complaining in person or any kind of confrontation. I really wanted to give them a chance, but being there are over a dozen of nail salons just on Main Street in Tewksbury I will be looking for a new place.

Really clean and well maintained place. Paid $81 for gel pedicure and dip manicure on natural nails. They are really nice there as well! Love how my nails came out! K was my technician
