Friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of clothing as well as beauty products. Great prices on makeup. Wouldn’t recommend the human hair bundles though. The blonde hair they sell is poor quality and tangled and sheds after one wash. The rest of their products are fine. Decent prices on a nice selection of wigs human, or synthetic. Would recommend

Amerial Beauty
Purchased two bonnets for a friend that ended up not needing them anymore. I brought my receipt back with me and the packages were unopened. I was told that he couldn’t accept them because they had been opened by the “other person” but I could get a discount on my next purchase. I explained there is no way the other person opened them because I haven’t given them to the person and they have been in my car since I purchased them on yesterday I didnt want a discount and I didnt want the bonnets at all I would have preferred to get something I actually wanted for myself if that was the case and I didn’t want a discount because I won’t ever be coming back in which he still insisted they were opened and used. I would have rather him simply say no versus him try to insinuate I opened the packages. I will also add that I have returned items for exchange to this store multiple times and never had this issue until now, I’ve even exchanged hair

Horrible customer service… bought a quick little hair piece for a quick style and the cashier made a comment about me having no money. I will never ever spend my hard earned money at this store again.
