Came in to get some self TLC and work done, Jenny was so nice, genuine and considerate. I got the $35 pedicure and she did a lovely job. 10/10 recommend Jenny and Baly Spa ♡

Tina did a great job accommodating me since I had my busy toddler with me. As he sat on my lap with his feet also in the water, Tina didn’t just work around him, she included him any way she could. She scrubbed and massaged my legs and pumiced my feet and then would do the same to him briefly. He loved it and kept saying “Que Rico está el aqua” or “Que rico se siente” which means the water is so nice and that feels good. She was so sweet and patient with him and I really appreciated it because I was so nervous to bring him with me when I didn’t have a sitter. She even did a quick shaping of my nails on my hands that I had painted with gel at home for just $5 and found a polish to match the color I already had so that my toes matched my hands. The environment was clean, calm and friendly. I was recommended it by a neighbor and the 30 minute drive from Cameron was well worth it and she made my birthday pedicure a memorable one by including my little guy.

Absolutely love Baly Nails Spa! I have personally come here for a little over a year and can say wholeheartedly it is the only nail spa I will go to now. The environment is both relaxing and clean, and the staff is always friendly. Ann the owner is by far one of the kindest nail technicians / nail spa owners I’ve ever encountered. She always makes sure to get my nails perfect for me! She is always thoughtful to ask how I’ve been and genuinely cares, she has become a friend. Her team goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is incredible. Jenny also is so thorough with pedicures, she was so sweet to accommodate me & stayed late to finish my pedicure after hours. I am always excited to recommend both friends and strangers to Baly Nails here in Moore County! Working in the beauty industry myself I am big on quality care and attention to detail. I have tried many nail salons in the area and this is the ONLY one I will go to 🥰 if you’re looking for a good nail spa – look no further! Book your appointment asap!

Leaving 3 stars because everyone was really nice and I guess I could have just gotten a new person, but very disappointed in the manicure I just received. First two photos are what I got, third photo is what I asked for. They’re way more sparkly than I wanted and the cuticles are pretty badly torn up and flooded. And this is after washing my hands a bunch to try and remove any excess chrome powder. I didn’t have time to sit there and have them redone, plus I’m not sure my cuticles could have survived the process. I’m going to have to get in there with some cuticle scissors or something and try to gently fix the edges without damaging the cuticles any further. And I guess I’ll just have to live with them being way too sparkly.
