Let’s add an update since you want to be rude. My hands still are not healed from this incident due to the incompetence of an employee leaving acrylic all over the skin. The skin is completely peeling from my fingers, even now. Your employee also left thick layers of acrylic on the nail after removal. It’s interesting that you claim to make such a connection with your clients and strive for excellence yet can not admit when you’re wrong. Maybe I got the price wrong because I spent over $300 in the nail salon that day. Let’s be clear I do not need a free service, it is the principal, when you do a bad service you should make it right. very nice to call me a liar and state that I only want to take advantage, really shows how you care about that client connection. What a terrible place of business. Do you call all of your customers bad customers when you can’t admit to a mistake?
If I could give less than one star I would. This was my first and last time getting my nails done at this place. The nail tech left acrylic all over my skin and in turn I ended up having an allergic reaction. I got them taken off and the tech removing the nails struggled even getting them off because they were so thick. I asked if I could schedule a time to have them redone properly when the skin healed or for a refund. The owner refused to do either and instead offered a $30 manicure in place of a set of nails i paid $150 for. Extremely unprofessional place and they don’t put out quality work.

My nails came out cute, the only problem was the stylist and service. She did my nails but didn’t glue them on right as well as leaving a lot of acrylic underneath the nails, left the store came back because they were hurting me then she said it was my fault that i didn’t tell her ahead of time. While fixing my nails she was mumbling under her breath. Still left a tip but my nails are chipping after the first day. I recommend better service or fixing their work.

First, I came in with no appointment but they still took me no worries. Taylor did a great job! I loved the way she shaped my nails. She also pays attention to the details like removing excess acrylic. Definitely recommend giving this place a try

I moved to this area 4 months ago and have tried 4 different nail salons before my appointment with Glitz. I have found “my” salon! Taylor did a beautiful job on my nails and was very meticulous when shaping and filing my nails. I had her add white polka dots to my ring fingers and my nails are adorable. . I highly recommend Taylor.
