Wish they would have just told me they didn’t have time to take my nails off. She rushed through the entire service because she had an appointment waiting behind me. She also ripped off my nail beds on one hand (painfully) and still didn’t fully take the dip nail off of my other hand. It’s still on my nails. She also overcharged me $35 for the removal even though she didn’t fully take the nails off my right hand. I was looking for a new salon because I just moved back in town, I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I always have a good experience. Tracy is always very thorough and does exactly what I ask perfectly. The photos show some of my recent manicures, all of them lasted over two weeks. I do a lot of work with my hands and they last even through that. I totally recommend!

I came in for a dipping powder manicure and after one week the nails started to crack. I had to come back to get one nail fixed because it completely broke. I was not pleased with the service of either visit. The initial service I received was not the best because my request was not understood well. When I came back for the fixing of one nail it was worse. I provided Tips n Toes the opportunity to get it right but they solidified my decision not to return.

I’ve been patronizing Tips N Toes for pedicures for over two years. I’ve had several different technicians and all are great. I love that you can schedule online, and they also have a loyalty program. Be prepared to tip via Venmo or cash as they do not take tips at checkout via card. The nail salon is clean and you are served a complimentary beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) during your service.

Went in on Saturday for a scheduled appt. Manicure/spa pedicure with Sarah. She started 20 minutes late so she could eat her lunch. She then rushed through my appointment. She put 4 coats of polish since I was getting tips a different color for a wedding.DISASTER! The polish never cured. I called & was told to come in Monday. Fine only this time I was not greeted AT ALL! And the woman who started to redo my nails swapped out midway through for someone else to finish. The 2nd lady did my tips but never came back. Finally the 1st lady comes back & says I can go, when I asked about why no topcoat on my nails I was told it would take to long to dry. This was my 3rd negative experience. I took a year to come back, I WILL NOT be going back again. My services all total were over $100 plus a generous tip.
