I came here on whim because I was attending a wedding the same afternoon. I am so disappointed and embarrassed. The lady was rough, made my nails way too short. Made me bleed numerous times. She left my hands and feet under the UV nail lamp for pretty much the whole duration of my appointment and just kept restarting it even though I told her it was hot. She just laughed. She did not put a top coat on my nails and when I told her she didn’t, she said she did. I pray their tools are properly sanitized. Do not go there!

I guess you get what you pay for. The manicurist Lee had dirty nails herself and was wearing a very dirty white coat. She used what was clearly a used nail file but didn’t understand me when I expressed concern. She also did a terrible job putting on the polish and again, didn’t understand when I asked her to correct it. I’m new to the area and trying out new places. Lesson learned. I really don’t like writing negative reviews but I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced something like this before.

The salon is not clean, needs a face lift. For the pedicure chairs they don’t use the plastic bags. The technician’s nails were dirty. The UV lamps were oily on the outside, and only when we were finished, I realized that the instruments were not sanitized, just washed under running water.
The manicure is subpar, not symmetrical, with uneven line, and she did not clean my other fingers from the polish that got in them.
I will not be returning to this place.

I should have read the reviews before I walked in!!! I musy say, it was the worst pedicure ever. No effort. She barely acknowledged me. Sloppy. OMG, you’re located in Aviara….do better. Ugh!

Whoever was answering the phone / working the front desk on Friday has 0 customer service skills. I should have known when I called ahead for an appointment because there wasn’t even a hint of a welcoming tone in her voice, but I went anyway because it was close and convenient, and they had availability (I thought) in between my work meetings. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in, then was sat in a chair with my feet in lukewarm/cold water for 40 mins after my appointment time before they started. The lady who did my mani/pedi was very friendly and apologized for the wait, but it felt rushed. The regular mani/pedi is super basic fyi. I asked her to just do a normal manicure with clear polish and she convinced me to do “buffing” instead which was a nice alternative, but she didn’t tell me this was an extra charge until checkout. I had gone to the ATM and taken out exactly the cash I needed based on the cost I was told over the phone + tip, so when she told me it was an extra charge for the buffing after not being clear about that at first AND the fact that I waited so long to be seen or even acknowledged, I was really disappointed. Sadly I think the sneakiness backfired on her because I told her I didn’t have more cash and gave her what I brought to cover the cost I was told it would be, so I don’t know if it was taken out of her tip or not. There are so many nail salons in this area so I guess I’ll just keep trying new ones until I find a good spot. Whoever runs this place needs to find better people to manage it day to day or I doubt they’ll have returning customers. Makes me sad to say because I so hoped I would love this spot since it’s so close to home.
