Loved this place !! Totally recommend going there. The place is so clean and the staff is super friendly. They did exactly what I wanted. It is bit on a pricey side but if you’re looking for good work than it is totally worth it. They don’t rush on your work even if they have customers waiting they give your nails proper time and attention. Thanks a lot Novel Nail Studio..

I love going to this nail salon. I used to be a frequent walk in and they would fit me in right away or by having me return in 30 minutes to an hour. They never complained once! But now I use their website and schedule my appointments and that has been awesome! I always get the Poly gel manicure with Stephanie, she’s always so kind and is always down to try something quirky.

For example, I am a Helluva Boss fan and was going to a convention to meet the voice actor for Blitzo! She was willing to try and did such an amazing job for me!
She’s careful with my cuticles and so fun to talk with!

I went here against my better judgment because I did see some of the negative reviews. I asked for an essential pedicure, primarily because I wanted 10 minutes of massage. Surprise, surprise the massage did not come anywhere close to 10 minutes. The polish looks terrible and the tech left a loose piece of nail on my toe and polished right over it. This pedicure was nowhere near the $50+ that I paid for it. I would carefully consider coming here. They don’t do a great job, they speak amongst themselves and do not engage with patrons, and they use generic polish that already looks bad the same evening the service was done.

As for the bloated response from the owner or manager, blah, blah, blah.
Try taking accountability. I didn’t get the service I paid for, the polish looked inconsistent and lumpy when I left, the nail tech was not the least bit interested in doing a good service and YOU compound the issue by offering up one excuse after another. What on earth makes you think I’d give you MORE of my money. No thanks, you’ve seen the last of it.

They just remodeled. Everything is so fresh and clean looking. Stephanie is the absolute best! She takes care of me every time. I show her what I want and she makes it happen. Everyone there is incredibly friendly.
