Customer Reviews:
A single checkout queue for self-checkout, 11 items or less, and full service??? This is absolutely ridiculous. I came in to buy a few things and got stuck in line for ten minutes because of this stupid new checkout system. Walmart has just become a time liability to every single consumer. I’d like to know what executive person/staff/board put this asinine system into place. It’s a waste of floor space in the front of the store, a waste of time and energy for consumers, and makes no functional business sense whatsoever.
I will be actively avoiding Walmart at all cost since their most basic business function policy is now dumb. Not to mention that everything they do is to satisfy their infrastructure supporting Communist PRC Overlords – or their stock holders.
It seems they have a new and inexperienced front-end staff (no doubt working at lower wages), and the old familiar faces have vanished. This slows down the checkout process as well.
These check-out stations make it look like Walmart is gearing up for the next pandemic – with social distancing systems in place. Do you corporate people know something we don’t???
We want PEOPLE checking us out!!! EMPLOY PEOPLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS SPEND THEIR MONEY!!!
5/27/24: This used to be one of the best Walmarts in the Denver metro area, but now just as bad as the rest. The remodel is horrible. So many check out lanes are gone with huge space wasted. Whoever designed these remodels really needs to be fired. Products are mismarked for prices or the employees just put the wrong products in the wrong areas and never fixed the prices. Employees have gotten rude. Just an all around bad experience.
Older: Probably the best Walmart in the Denver metro area, but they never seem to have the right amount of cashiers and tracking down an employee for help can also be an issue. So over all staffing issues. At least it is also the cleanest one.
