Had 11:00 appts, didn’t get seated til 12:15. Took until 2:30 to get us out of there. Only 3 workers with appointments out of the window.

The guy was very friendly and nice, but his work doesn’t show his experience. Cut my cuticles in a few places as well as my mother’s, my color did not match up to the sample I looked at, the 2 middle fingers were supposed to be metallic, but looks nothing like a metallic polish. The polish doesn’t reach the edge of my fingernails on any of my nails. Some of them were also put on crooked. 🥴 This wasn’t a good nail experience. I would highly recommend Tip and Toe for any of your nail needs and desires! They’re great but they were just too booked up so we went here.
I will not be coming to Luxury Nails for a mani again.
