Yesterday my husband bought an iPad from Lone tree Target store, He came out to his car and saw there was no seal and box looks used. so immediately opened the box and realized its old ipad( not even working). He walked in to the store and explained to the security manager, argued for an hour But no use, She asked my husband to file a police complaint to see their camera recordings to check if there was a seal when they scan the barcode. We both went there again and spoke with her to check their cameras one more time before we go file a complaint, I was pretty confident that the cameras captured there was no seal on both edges while they scan the bar code. Finally she came back to us and ask for the compromise, She said she don’t want to argue. we were really upset the way she spoke with us, She said its a fraud ipad, It was such a bad experience taking those words( fraud, compromised, don’t want to argue). We even asked her to check the sale history on that particular item bar code, she said no one bought that before, we spent almost 4hrs on a working day in Target to get my money back, We never expected this from Target, We still surprised how come they couldn’t find out the sale history on that iPad box( though the ipad is fraud still the box has new bar code) , Why it was so hard for them to see that green color seal marks (see the pic attached for the reference) on both edges of the box in their cameras while they did turn the box to scan the barcode, how come they didn’t know how to speak with a customer when they are very upset seeing that dead ipad just after 10min they bought it. We are trying hard to take this forward to the Target management.

Absolutely the worst location for curbside pickup. And I blame poor management. I use Target’s curbside pickup on a regular basis and usually have a great experience. I go to different Targets, depending on my location while I’m running errands. The first couple of times I used this Target, there was an item missing/forgotten. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen, and I was refunded. This past time however- I placed my order, kept waiting for the notification that my order was ready, and waiting, and waiting… I drove up to the parking lot after it had been over 2 hours (2 hours is what they promise) and sat waiting. The curbside was not busy, not hectic at all. I kept checking my app, and my order still had not been completed. It was a small order of about 10 grocery items. Nothing that should’ve been hard to find, nothing oversized. I finally canceled my order because I had no idea how long I would have to keep waiting. As other reviews have mentioned, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone inside the store. This isn’t an “everywhere” problem. Other Target curbsides have fantastic service. It’s literally just this location. This is a management problem. If a store is having trouble retaining quality employees, that’s a poorly managed store.

The employees that do curbside or are stocking are always in the way and incredibly rude when you try to get passed them. They changed self checkout so it’s only 10 items when even Walmart does 15. This location is steadily going down hill because the employees are incompetent and honestly probably share one brain cell. Next time I’ll pay more to just go to sprouts or Walmart. Never though Walmart would pass target but they definitely are

The most messy Target I have been to yet!! I travel a lot and I’ve seen much cleaner stores. Stuff is put in so many random places and there are empty cans of energy drinks randomly. For as big and nice area this is very disappointing.

This is the most disorganized, messy and empty target I’ve ever been to. Almost every aisle has empty space and things just thrown on the ground in the isles and never saw one worker in the departments. I’m not sure if it was an off day but every department seemed messy. But it is a safe area and the employees were nice.
