Everytime I have gone here it has been a great experience. All of the nail techs are professional and really good. It is always a relaxing atmosphere and super clean! I especially love KIMs work I attached a picture of her work she is amazing and so sweet!

I just want to say that Ron there does great nails. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. I got my nails done there last night with a random person, she painted them too far from the cuticles, they look like I got them done a week or two ago. I also had a chipped nail and I asked her to glue it together. She said that with just gel nailpolish it would stick. It didn’t. I called the store and told them about my experience, they said come back and we’ll fix it. I go back there, they leave me sitting down for a little less than 20 minutes then the first thing the lady at the front desk tells me is “it will cost $3 a nail” that does not make any sense to me. So they messed something up, and its very inconvenient for me to waste the time to go back to this place after I spent over an hour there, then they tell me to pay???? I was just getting gel manicure on my natural nails. I will not be going back to this place. My nails should not look like that hours after paying about $100 to get them done.

I like the way my nails look but the nail tech was so rough on my cuticles. I was bleeding and had to tell her she was causing pain. I have 4 red, and achy nails. I’m traveling and hope I don’t get an infection.

I am so impressed by my experience at La Costa Nails & Spa!! I got my nails done by Ron – he is an amazing artist. So meticulous and detailed, I can tell he cares so much about his work, and my nails turned out even more beautiful than I’d imagined! Everything is super clean and the staff is really kind. I will definitely be back!!
