We had to go to this pharmacy pretty late and there was only one person working the pharmacy, her name was Mai I think is the spelling, you could tell she had so much going on being the only one there and she helped us so much, it was a bit of a wait but that’s understandable she walked us through everything and proceeded to be very apologetic about making us wait and others wait. Overall an incredible experience and I really hope she stays there, very valuable employee

Do not recommend. Had a script called in at 6am (prior to pharmacy opening) one day and showed up at 10:45 the next day as my app told me it would be ready by 11. The script was still not ready.

The tech told me they don’t fill their prescriptions on site and are shipped in next day. So 36+ hours to get a script filled? Ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in the entire country! Nobody answers the phone, it took DAYS to get a prescription filled, and the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They need to clean house immediately and hired capable staff members who value customer service. Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs!!!

Been here for over 30 mins. I was the only person here at the drive thru. With 0 people at the counter. No help for 8 mins. Then a customer walked up to the counter she helped him and then a 2nd customer after that. Still no help at the drive thru. Now I can’t get my script until the morning because I am a night nurse. This was the worst experience I have ever had at walgreens pharmacy

Shirin at the photo counter was so unpleasant and she provided probably the worst customer service I’ve had in awhile.

For context, I ordered 13 4×6 photos (which take less than 10 minutes to print) so I arrived after the expected pick up time and when she looked for the photos she realized they weren’t finished. Upon realizing that the photos weren’t finished, she didn’t even offer to print them on the spot she just stood there and said “they’re not done”. I had to ask her if she could print them because I needed the photos to make a poster (after traveling all day from out of state to make it to my brother’s senior night).

She had zero sense of urgency, kept sighing, and made probably one of the simplest tasks seem so daunting. She should NOT be in a customer facing role.

KayJ on the other hand was very friendly and pleasant.
