Would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I can’t believe the attitude I got for checking on a prescription they told me would be ready 4 days ago. How are these people allowed to be in any sort of patient-facing position? Just insanely rude every single time I have called. Someone needs to teach these people how to interact with the general public and how to have some common decency. Everyone has a stressful job, that does not give you an excuse to take it out on and talk down to others.

I need to change my perception pickup location immediately! The technician who answered my call, today 2/18/24 @ 12:50pm was the worst. So unprofessional. Yawning numerous times in my ear. When asked about a prescription sent to that location she was less than helpful. She’s the worst. Poor representation of the company but it seem she aligns with the ratings this location receives. Do better.

I have visited this pharmacy location in the past, purchased a certain item, in certain quantities, with no problems. Today, I was sold the wrong item and the wrong quantity. Within 3 minutes I returned the item. I was denied a refund, exchange, or resolution.

This place is super small for such a large building.
We stopped in to pick up a prescription… the pharmacy staff is incredibly RUDE and SNARKY. I am sorry you have to deal with customers that are not feeling their best…. but that is not an excuse to be so rude. Will be moving my prescriptions to Walmart, at least, they treat you with respect.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I think in the whole state of Colorado. Incredibly slow to refill prescriptions, rarely have the prescriptions I need in stock and then have to “order” them from Walgreen’s that are right down the street, long waits to speak to someone on the phone (most times you wait 10+ mins) and terribly unhelpful in getting providers to authorize refills or working with insurance. I have now changed to using mail order refills because of the level of frustration in dealing with this pharmacy.
