I went to your location on Coal Mine looking to get a Passport photo. When I finally got help, the young man asked me to come back later because he was going on break and the other person working did not know how to take a photo.

This would have taken around 10 minutes to get done but yet he refused. As I am leaving the store, I see the same person go out to his car in the parking lot. He hops into his Mazda 3 and I can see him visibly smoking pot or something out of a pipe.

It’s great to know Walgreens has employees that are to busy to help customers because they have not had their drug break. Keep up the great work loosing customers.

There are times when it is super busy and I have had to wait but the customer service has been great! Today there was a hiccup with my insurance and the pharmacist took the time to help fix it. They are always pleasant and very helpful! I will keep going to this location.

Recently read that Walgreens is planning on closing several thousand stores. Staff is horrible and provide no assistance. The pharmacy is terrible understaffed and can not be relied on to be open. We have transferred our business to another store. This store should be the first one closed

This is by far the most unreliable, unorganized, bizarre pharmacy to ever get a prescription from. I receive phone calls telling me my prescriptions are done, drive over there and no one has a clue what I’m talking about. There’s NO drive thru!! They cannot handle the drive up window to hand out people’s prescriptions!! I’ve tolerated this location for several years and it’s been a living nightmare. I’m going to have to drive clear across town to get my prescriptions elsewhere. Do Not Go To This Location if You Need To Have Your Medicine To Stay Alive. They can’t handle it. For Real!

Pharmacy is never open. Signs at the drive thru are not accurate. Say you must come inside due to short staffing but when you go inside they aren’t open at all. Employees at the front desk not helpful at all… say they know nothing and aren’t part of the pharmacy… just ridiculous. The 1 star ratings are most definitely accurate!
Update… went in… with covid because of the signs and when called to the desk was asked if the script was for me, when I replied yes, was told that I needed to wait outside and go to the drive thru. I replied that I had tried to do the right thing and waited in the drive thru for over half an hour, he told me snottily that it was open for people like me! I cannot believe even knowing the market at this time that Walgreens or any other company that provides service to the public is allowing this treatment of its customers. I will never go back to a Walgreens. As I’m pulling out, Walgreens actually called my phone to tell me my script was ready! 😅🤣😂🤬🤡
