The stylist that did my blowout didn’t even ask what side I parted my hair to. By the time she was finished it was the wrong side. I asked her to fix it but she just flipped my part. Which made the curls turn the wrong way. I didn’t notice until i was in the car. I went back in requesting it to be fixed, but the stylist had went home. The general manager was able to get me in with another stylist to fix it pretty quickly.

From the moment I stepped into the Ulta on Mississippi and Havana I caught the attention of Ms Key who was great from the start til I left which was hard to do as She was just so nice. She introduced me to a new line of Make-up that I found to be awesome….Ty MS Key for all you do for Ulta

I had the best experience ever getting my foundation shade match. Ky (I hope I’m spelling the name right!!) She is stunning and super friendly. 10/10 experience!! If you’re ever at this Ulta, make sure you ask for Ky (pronounced Kee), she’s the bestttt!!!

I just walked out of Ulta and I was very pleased with the service I received from Haylee. She is amazing. She was attentive and she is a great color matcher. I was concerned when I walked in, because I wasn’t sure if anyone would be good with ethnic skin. Haylee knows what she’s doing and she was kind with going through the colors with me. Thank you!

I was able to get my birthday reward. Didn’t have other options but the body lotion but thankfully that’s what I wanted and needed! I was greeted with a “Welcome in” and they were able to take care of me right away . thank you for making my birthday special!
