Huge selection of a wide variety of cosmetics, perfume, accessories, makeup applications, brushes, removers, lotions, balms, masks, everything beauty. AND the staff is incredibly helpful, EVERY time. If you want to have a makeover, or just need help determining what brand and how to apply makeup, schedule an appointment. It’s worth it to establish your baseline and get educated. I recently had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at the Sephora store in Fashion Square Mall. During my visit, I encountered blatant racism and a complete lack of respect from the staff, particularly from an associate named Julie.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that certain customers were receiving preferential treatment. While others were greeted warmly and offered assistance, I was ignored and left to fend for myself. When I finally asked for help, Julie’s attitude was dismissive and condescending. It was apparent that my presence was an inconvenience to her.

The final straw came when I overheard Julie and another employee making derogatory comments about customers based on their race. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has no place in any establishment, let alone a brand like Sephora that prides itself on inclusivity.

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the way I was treated. Sephora needs to address these serious issues and ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

As a Sephora customer, I was truly disappointed during my recent visit. I wanted to try a new blush and asked for a brush to apply it. To my surprise, the customer rep told me there were no brushes available and directed me to do it myself in front of a mirror.

Really, Sephora? No brushes in a cosmetics store? This seems like a poor excuse to cut back on services. What’s the point of having all those testers and a beautifully designed store if you can’t provide the basics? This experience makes me question the quality of your customer service. I prefer to go to Ulta Beauty this time.

Incredibly rude cashier. I ordered my mascara online the next day. I will never step foot in this location again. I wanted to use my gift card which had a 25 dollar balance. She said it didn’t when I went to pay with a debit she refused me free samples I canceled my purchase and ordered online from the sephora website. She was wearing no makeup and seemed disgruntled with her occupation.

Placed an order online for pickup. Drove 25 min to pick it up, arrived a few min before 7pm, and store was “closed” over an hour before the 8pm advertised time. Immediately called the store and was told it would be open “tomorrow at 10am”, without further explanation. Drove back the next day for another 25 min. to the store and when I arrived, there was a hand-written sign on the front glass door saying “will be opening at 1pm”. Super inconvenient. I will not be returning to this location for any future purchases.
