Customer Reviews:
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that certain customers were receiving preferential treatment. While others were greeted warmly and offered assistance, I was ignored and left to fend for myself. When I finally asked for help, Julie’s attitude was dismissive and condescending. It was apparent that my presence was an inconvenience to her.
The final straw came when I overheard Julie and another employee making derogatory comments about customers based on their race. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has no place in any establishment, let alone a brand like Sephora that prides itself on inclusivity.
I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the way I was treated. Sephora needs to address these serious issues and ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
Really, Sephora? No brushes in a cosmetics store? This seems like a poor excuse to cut back on services. What’s the point of having all those testers and a beautifully designed store if you can’t provide the basics? This experience makes me question the quality of your customer service. I prefer to go to Ulta Beauty this time.
