Owners are rude. Service is at best minimally satisfactory. This is my second time going since the new owners took over. I am not pleased with my manicure or pedicure. I will spend my money elsewhere where the service is customer friendly and open to feedback .

Horrible experience all the way around attitude stinks .. husband did my fill in when I tell you this has been my worst experience EVER he did a poor job on my fill in a 4 year old can probably give better service than him then I asked the lady to fix them and she had a stink attitude about it and also did a poor job only thing I can admit is they prices are cheaper but in that case I guess you get what u pay for .. I will never visit this place AGAIN . ALSO be careful I caught the guy cleaning there fish tank lid with the brush that you clean under your nails with and he put it back in the container.. if I could give zero stars I would..

I saw a 6 inch roach while trying to get a pedicure. It was my 2nd time being here (1st time I only got a fill in). I told the tech about it and he replied by saying they eventually die. I would have did 0 stars but that wasn’t a option. My friend was in the midst of getting her pedicure and saw the bug as well and wanted to leave and they made her pay full price for the pedicure. So $45 dollars wasted!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this place. The older male manicurist Messed up my nails and my fingers. Made two of my fingers bleed. Nails looked horrible. After curing my shellac, he wiped them with a towel twice messing them up. Also he didn’t wear gloves and kept getting cotton strands on my nails and kept having to fix them. I changed the design I wanted and just got my nails painted solid color and it still looks bad. Next time my preferred mail salon is booked , I’ll wait and will not use this place
