Customer Reviews:
The massage was very short, the whole process of the basic pedicure was about 11 mins long (that’s the first time I’ve encountered this super fast pedicure, my heels was not scrape off they were super dry and hurt).
Nail polish was painted on top of my dry dead skin.
I usually don’t try new nail tech for acrylic but I figure to try this location, told nail tech I don’t like it to be thick… she didn’t have the nails too thick but still bulky. Shape is basic square but not even. Edges of nails still got left over acrylic dips on each nails and the end of the nails all over uneven and not smooth. One of my finger was bleeding it was cut and hurts the whole process and I was told to relaxed.
Overall paints— both my feet and nails got bubbles. Regular polish and gel.
Overall experience:
Kind of disappointing of the result. Should have stick with the regular ambiance location.
The other location doesn’t rush customers or not much clumsy works.
I didn’t realize the flaws until I got home.
Price: spent around $160-170
Didn’t sit in pedicure chair until 25 min and didn’t get water in the chair for another 5. My technician was frantic and distracted, clearly concerned with the amount of people waiting and not my feet, toes, or legs. RUSHED through the entire pedicure… and rushed the polish. After 5 or 6 or 7 coats, I knew I was in trouble because it would never dry. Then he left and I waited for a new tech to do my nails. And waited and waited. And waited. Went to the bathroom and was preparing to leave when my tech came over and said “they get to you soon” it was almost 15 after the hour and I had another appointment at 3… noticed that all my polish wiped off my big toe (because it was never goi g to dry with 7 coats) so sat back down and he took off all my polish. Then a very very very very young man approached and said he would be my nail tech… it looked like his first day. I trusted my gut and said I pass…. No nail fill for me today.
After an hour and a half I left with greasy legs, unpolished toes, and no nail fill. Cost me $40.
N E V E R again. This franchise is turn and burn, doesn’t care about service, experience, or quality.
