Beautiful and modern Ulta location in the Castle Rock Promenade Shopping Center, if you love beauty and fantastic service then this is the place for you! Clean and well maintained beauty store with a Benefit brow bar inside and close proximity to lots of local dining and shopping in Castle Rock. Very friendly and welcoming staff, went above and beyond to try and book us for an eyebrow appointment and I ended up being a bit late getting back to Ulta that day. Although they were busy and unable to keep my appointment it was completely understandable because we didn’t get back on time and everything worked out in the end. They tried to do what they could to book us for a better time slot but we weren’t in Castle Rock for very long, so we weren’t able to make that happen. On the bright side I was able to find everything I needed here and had a great shopping experience regardless. Would definitely shop here again and their customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I will be taking the extra drive down to this location from now on! The customer service in the hair salon was wonderful. I had a horrible experience at the Cornerstar location’s hair salon and decided to book my appointment at this one. Jaden cut my hair and was awesome! Very personable, kind, and made me feel comfortable! I will be using this location instead of the one down the street from me!

I bought a few items today that included a NYX bronzer. Once I got home and opened the bronzer all of the product was gone! I have no clue if this is a packaging issue or something. The seal was not broken before I had opened it. I am really disappointed and I hope this was not due to shop lifting

I was not impressed by the experience I had here on Saturday afternoon. My friend and I were not greeted by anyone (another customer even said the same thing after they walked in). I saw two employees standing around talking to each other and not acknowledging any customers. I was there for 2 hours and not approached by any employees. What REALLY bothered me was waiting in the fragrance department staring at the fragrance I wanted while 2 employees helped 1 guy. I waited patiently staring at the case while they talked to him and opened multiple cabinets but ended up having to go ask the girl at the front desk if she could help and was sent back to the department to have one of the 2 girls there open up the cabinet for me. She was short with me, seemed annoyed, and didn’t provide any attempt at customer service. I usually go to the Ulta off Yale and I25, where the staff have consistently been enthusiastic, warm, helpful, and definitely encouraged me to buy other products based on my needs (they asked). I’m writing this review days later after having time to soak in the experience I had at this particular Ulta in Castle Rock and I am just left with distaste and disappointment in the experience.
