Went in for a full set. Left with my feelings hurt and confused. The male tech kept telling me to “relax” . I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years I’m pretty sure I’m a good customer.🤪 I have polish dripped over almost every cuticle. I have acrylic on my fingers and chunks of acrylic under my nails. This man made me feel stupid then tired to tell me “it’s fine your fine!”

Ive Been Here A Few Times Since They Revamped The Space. The First Time Linn Did My Nails For My Daughter Cheer Competition, Loved Them. Next Trip I Got A Mani Pedi & OMG Tony Was So Good To Me. Best Foot & Leg Message 🥰 Heavenly. The Most Recent Trip There Was A Bit Of A Communication Barrier But I Was Mostly Happy With My Nails.

Pedicure was great so was the lady that did it. Full set after not having one in while wasn’t the best. She was very rough and my fingers were burning when i left. She was also watching something on her phone not paying attention to anything. Luckily I’m not super picky but none of nails match in length and the polish just looks weird on them.

They always seat you prior to letting you browse to pick your color. My usual man tech got drama at me when the colors he picked were wrong and I wouldn’t accept NEON colors, he did not want to give me time to rechoose new color since he said they didn’t stock my first option. I have always loved his nail art & told him I preferred him to anyone else, he did not care, he told me go to front wait my turn again for someone else to do my nails even though he had already began taking my nails off… he said NEXT PERSON… he just dismissed me with haste as though I was to be shunned for looking at colors longer than he cared to wait…yet he didn’t have a problem embarrassing me & the NEXT Lady who was embarrassed as well not understanding why she was taking my seat and he had to start from scratch w her. Well, I almost just walked out the door to cry because I was being made a fool by someone who I walked in wanting to give a super nice tip because I always love my nails after he has made them beautiful each time. I was so heartbroken & disappointed by his immature & unprofessional behavior. I stayed because my nails were paper thin & needed the acrylic layer otherwise they would have been destroyed all together. I kept praying & biting my tongue and I ended up w the sweetest, kindest, most talented young man in the shop. He did such a lovely job, giving him my $20 cash tip was such a pleasure! He sits at 2nd booth, West wall. This is not my first bad experience at Evans Nails… I notice my bad experience w the manager sits booth behind register she has long brown hair, I would never let her take care of my nails because she is very sassy w all her clients, she rushes very fast not caring that she is filing so rough that she’s breaking your skin down too and tearing your skin at the cuticle and has no patience when you say “owe” she should not be doing nails, she is burnt out and works as though she despises you. She does not listen to your preferences, it’s her way only. You make suggestions, she files your nail rougher & harder to show her distaste w you. The sweet young man is still innocent in his exposure to the toxicity of management surrounding him. The overall tone of the shop is that of derogatory bullies, the stations & overall way tools are managed does not present as sterile nor does it meet general cleanliness standards. The shop workers have difficulty finding tools & colors because inventory is in such disarray or has never came out of the boxes sitting everywhere even overflowing in the lobby space. Do not let the manager make a sales pitch to wax your brows/face/upper lip.. I did and came home to find all kind of missed hairs even though she came behind w tweezers.. thought I would see a great job but tried a 2nd time to no avail and she talks you into having a wax job but acts in such a hurried rush you feel like she is being hasty & haute w you so just don’t bother. Shame on the State Board of Health for not having shut down this establishment. Maybe OSHA will step in and check all the violations, they are numerous indeed! I will never return, I will share my negative experiences with others in hopes to spare them from falling prey to the bad vibe experience found at Evans Nails.
