My experience was absolutely amazing. I got a manicure and pedicure with a reference photo and it was beautiful. They took their time and got every detail right. My nails are not bumpy or mishaped, and I got gems on, two weeks later and they stayed! Even the gems on my toes! 20/10 do recommend.

I booked an appointment for 2 but when we showed up they didn’t have anyone working to cover all so I sat and waited so my daughter could get her nails done. Don’t know why they make appointments if they aren’t going to have anyone here. I was looking forward to getting my nails and feet done

Terrible service! I walked in to get gel polish on my toes and the entire thing peeled off just 3 days later. When I walked in the lady greeted me and advised that the wait would be 25 mins. I told her I would come back and then she said she could do it now, which was the first bad sign. The young front desk rep polished my toes with the thinnest layer of gel and had polish all over my skin. No buffing or filing to allow the gel to stick, she just went straight to polishing. I had to ask her to remove it from my skin, which was the 2nd bad sign. Another lady came over and cleaned up the polish on my skin, placed a ton of oil on my toes, gave a fake smile and said you’re all done. I was not very happy with the way they looked but I was on lunch break and had to get back to work. I am now on vacation in Hawaii and my entire polish peeled off smh. I’m so glad I did not return for eyebrows and my nails. I can’t imagine the disaster that could come from it! I will never go back to this place again! This salon is the worst, which is sad because if they just applied themselves they’d have a great customer base here in this small town.
I went in during the re-opening they had signs everywhere that they were giving 20% off, they did not!
The actual pedicure was at best mediocre. I will never go there again.

You set an appointment and show up on time and if someone walks in she will take there service over yours. Make you wait and not say anything to you. Would not recommend this place. Has happened several times. No more.
