Henry was fabulous! He was kind and patient while I picked my color, and he paid attention to detail around the edges of my nail. He made sure the top was even and I didn’t have any polish sticking to my skin at the end! He asked me what shape I wanted and made sure that they were how I wanted them. The clear top coat of the dip did start coming off 2 nails a week after I got my nails done, but otherwise I love them! 😍

I started at this nail salon in Dec 2021 and was getting, gel mani and gel pedicure. Over the last 2 years Theresa has been so mean, I’ve literally stopped and only get my eyebrows waxed here. Today the last time I will ever visit this shop! I should have stoped last time after she cut my face during the wax from being angry/busy and forgetting to warm up the wax before I arrived. Today, was far worse, I arrived at 11:55am for my noon appt. Henry (her husband) informed her I was here and she still sat back there. @12:17am she came up and told me to give her a minute to finish someone else’s toes. She never apologized for my wait, came back up to get me at 12:33pm. I asked if it would be best to do walk-in than appt, she advised the customer before me was late but she and because she had a special needs child (who was not present) she had to finish her first. Theresa never apologized, then her tone was rude and she left wax on my face. I will never spend money here again. Worse nail shop in NKY.

I’ve been coming to get my nails done here for at least the last 8 years. Today, their willingness to not only provide services to my family member who has dementia, but to move things around to accommodate her AND allow me to be able to also get services while not worrying? It really set the bar for other businesses in this industry near us! 5 stars, as always, but today needed to be recognized! Thank you VSpa!!

V-Spa (with Teresa, Henry, and Vivienne) is still THE BEST nail salon in northern Kentucky. They are extremely accommodating and work very hard to meet the needs of all customers. They take walk-ins, but I highly suggest making an appointment 3-4 days in advance. I ALWAYS leave happy and satisfied.
