Remodeled store makes shopping more pleasant. Prices are decent for what’s being sold. I recommend for a discount store experience. Depending on what time you shop be prepared to stand in line. Retail associates are sparce as is their pay. Increase Pay for the employees so shoppers get a better overall shopping experience.

It’s never easy posting bad reviews… I had a high expectation coming in this store with the remodeling and restaffed/ more staffed. There was a greeter when we first walked in, who just looked at me (no greeting), there was a gentleman who walked away as we got in line and we stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting to even be talked to while three employees walked past. I ended up leaving without purchasing what was in my cart… sad service. I live in the area but don’t care to go back..

Went there for summer sandals and hit the jackpot! 2 pair of Guess and 2 pair of Calvin Klein. Really cute at a great price. Was in a hurry so didn’t check out the rest of the store but I will be back!

This store has a lot of audacity for a reseller. I find it hilarious that they have a barrier that customers have to wait for a customer service member to open so you can access the store. Think of clubs with the red ropes where you get an experience that’s worth a bouncer with a red rope. This is hilariously pathetic. The store is consistently disheveled and frequently has only one cashier. It’s hilarious to provide lackluster service and act like you need to gatekeep the entry to your trash pile. Let’s get one thing perfectly clear: even if Burlington stores kept their floors pretty clear of clutter and kept things organized like any other department store, you’re a reseller, not a high end boutique. You are on the ladder below Walmart and above Goodwill. You’re not a prize you’re a convenience for finding other big box stores leftovers. Get a grip. Then the other inconvenience they thrust upon their customers is disallowing the carts to be taken to the parking lot. This is frustrating because that implies we shouldn’t get more than we can carry with two arms. Ok just post a sign saying you don’t like customer money and go

Very friendly and helpful staff! A ok selection of clothing. However my complaint was the fitting rooms were temporarily closed. (Another review said since September 2022) They have a 30 day return policy on unworn clothing.. I also noticed the store footprint got smaller.
