Customer Reviews:
Was asked to sit in a pedicure chair while I waited and they went ahead and ran the water which was way too hot. I sat there for so long before a tech even started the pedicure that the water went cold.
I asked for a manicure, was not given one. The tech went in on my cuticles with the drill (which by the way, the bits were NOT sanitized between clients since I watched him use a wire bristle brush to sweep of the old debris) and ended up cutting me. Here’s to hoping I do not get an infection.
I asked him to fix the side of my nail where I could see it was over-filed resulting in the acrylic separating from the nail bed which will result in premature lifting and moisture entrapment and was told “it’s just skin” and so he filed it even more.
The shape from a distance looks fine, but with closer inspection you can see multiple areas in which nails were filed too much into the quick or that they are left jagged.
Absolutely ridiculous and messy sloppy work to get as many bodies in and out the door as possible with 0 customer service. I will not return and would advise others to avoid poor quality work and risk of infection.
