I had an appointment today at 1pm and they’re letting walk ins/appointments still go infront of me and it’s 240pm. Is actually the most ridiculous system. I asked why they’re doing that and they are telling me almost done they’re almost done but then take care of someone else. I was very nice polite and patient but how long do I have to wait to get my nails done? Especially when I CALLED ahead and made an appointment at 9am. They should’ve never told me they could take me at 1 if clearly that wasnt gonna happen. Also completely over priced with how rough they was with my pedicure

Their pedi sucks lately! For the money not enough time spend on your feet! Its bad when the polish takes longer than the whole pedi..Does Helen not do pedicures anymore? If u request her she always puts u off on someone else..I’m officially done with Julie nails!

First time going, it’s a bit pricey. But the pedicure and extras I received were great.

Went on a Saturday morning. No wait. Helen gave me a powder manicure. She cleaned up my cuticles well with no pain (I am sensitive to having cuticles trimmed.) Gorgeous mani and Helen is such a sweet lady. I would return if I lived here!
