Kindest people. They people complaining on here just have no patients and honestly no respect. They’ve done a great job every time I’ve gone in there. They are Busy most of the time, but they get to you in a timely manner. My nails hardly break, always look great, and I leave very happy! Thank you. 🙂

I called a week ahead for a reservation. We wanted 3 pedicures and 2 manicures, for 5 people total. The appointment was for 1130 on a Saturday morning. They got the 3 pedicures in chairs by 1215, then started one manicure at 1220. Two of the pedicures were thorough and relaxing. No steps were skipped. The technician was especially kind to the 5yo, getting her first nail service. 🙂 The 3rd pedicure was too rough. My teen told her it was hurting too much, but she continued to file and cut too much. The 2nd manicure and the final pedicure were started at 1:15pm!! Other customers reminded them repeatedly that our appointment was before they had walked in, but employees only stated “well, we’re very busy.” The employee tried to simply buff and paint for one of the manicures, until he was reminded that it was a full gel manicure. He asked, “do you want more?” before bringing water to soak for 2 minutes. The massage part of the manicure took less than one minute. Very disappointing for $33. The polish looks nice, but so much of this is the experience, especially when I’m bringing 3 daughters and a grand-daughter!! The deluxe manicure was done correctly, but she waited almost 2 hours past the appointment time to start. There were no shields at half of the manicure stations. Employees were all wearing masks correctly. We finally finished and left at 2pm. 😞

Friendly, professional staff. Best pedicure I’ve ever received was right here. Great eyebrow waxing. Very pleased with my full set of acrylics; just had them cut down and filled and very happy with the results!
