Haven’t been to this salon since the original owners left and I can clearly see a difference but went for some girl time with a friend. For cleanlines, I had some concerns but some typical things that unfortunately most nail salons do. They painted my no chip pretty fast with no caution so I got patchy glitter and bumps they filed and buffed. And now not even 24 hours later I have polish that either didn’t get a chance to cure or they buffed away the side cap and the polish is lifted. And my friends nails length fine but the polish, sheer and not by choice. Instead of saying anything he moved on with the polish so fast before she could ask if they could do something about the glitter not being what the sample looked like and she was done and stuck with it.

I loved coming here but after new management took over it just hasn’t been the same. The nails were no where near what I wanted but the lady couldn’t do the ombré that I wanted after they told me they could. She was getting upset because she kept having to redo my nail but it was just not what I wanted. These were suppose to be my birthday nails, so after I just had her do one color and add rhinestones but as you can see there so many air bubbles some of my nails didn’t get to finish drying up, I literally just got them done yesterday, overall i was not happy with anything it was not worth $110, while I was there I was really regretting not going to this other place. I’ll probably still come back for pedicures but never for my nails. Really debating whether to get them soaked off

The product they used on my toe nails were so cheap the pealed off with in the hour and on top of that I met a really nice lady there who I decided to be friend and because I decided to befriend her the fired her she was the only one who didn’t look at us differently because we spoke Spanish and the worse part they kept side eying us the whole time and their prices were so over price for the cheap materials they use my sister had to go potty and they rushed her out of the bathroom I know that alot of people go here and defend them but honestly being racist and biased is horrible business

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Back in may of this year I went to get a pedicure as u can see in the first picture. This lady was so rough on my feet she poked my skin and the inside of my toe to harsh!!! One week passed by my right big toe was swollen i instantly knew it was from my pedicure🤬 I was debating if going back to the salon and refund my money or even calling the state on them but I didn’t & I regret it. My toe was extremely infected bc of that lady, idk if there tools were infected but this place is canceled!!! I was a regular in this Solon, i had no complaints about this place until the old owner left. These new people are rude and so unprofessional. I hope my story helps, I regret not speaking up sooner until now.

Very cute place. A bit hard to see from the street so if you miss it, just turn on bell school road and go around the back (if you hit Denny’s you’ve gone too far!)
Very clean, very nice, decent pricing. We’ll see how long my nails hold up!
