Hailey is absolutely terrific! My hair was a foot and half long and I was so nervous to have it cut and get the style I wanted. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and she did just that and even better! Hailey made my experience very enjoyable and she made sure to give me reassurance as she was cutting it and assured me it would look good! Hailey is very good at keeping in touch In terms of making availability for appointments. My friends and family are thrilled with my haircut all thanks to Hailey- So thank you and I will continue to see Hailey for as long as she is in Elko!

So I made an appointment with Kayla over fb. I told her I wanted all acrylic nails and sent her the pic below. She told me she could do it over messenger. When I got there I found out that acrylic wasn’t her strong suit. And that she would be using polish over clear acrylic. I wasn’t very happy about it but I figured they would come out looking good. I was wrong, I was there for over 2 hours, my nails are super thick, uneven, a mess and cracking. They are also already lifting and it’s not even the day after. Never In my life have I had to go home and do so much filling just to get them to look half way decent. I paid her $85 and I have to say that I’m so disappointed that I did. I didn’t say anything while I was there cuz I felt bad but she shouldn’t have told me she could do something she couldn’t! Very very disappointed and do not recommend!

LOVE the service & environment here, along with great pricing! Gabby & Sentry are amazing to work with & everyone who works there is so friendly. Great work & great service! I do wish they had the pedicure chairs & a variety of pedicures however, they still offer a very good pedicure & is still worth having a medi/pedi here. I will be returning.

I got acrylics here. Very nice people.
Did the shape of my nails nice, all similar shape. But rushed through the color. Color didn’t reach my cuticles well. Also line work could have been more even. Pictures posted.
