My coworkers wanted to take me to get my nails done for my birthday and the original salon we were gonna go to closed a little too early for the time we had after work. So, having to gone to Digits a few times before and leaving happy I recommended them. I had called and booked the appointment for 4 full acrylics. They said they couldn’t do them all at once which was fine then she goes “four pedicures?” And I’m like no “4 manis , hands, acrylic nails” and then that was it we booked our appointment.

So we get there, first off there was only three of us who actually showed up. The facility is dead silent, no music or anything which was kind of uncomfortable for me atleast. I showed the lady what I wanted but a little change in colors and she said it wasn’t really doable and would end up looking bad so I was like yeah no cool you’re the professional, back up plan. Then I was deemed indecisive. Whatever, I laughed along things were going smooth but then they started having multiple appointments coming in and the lady doing my nails was obviously rushing now & doing a garbage job.. and then they were having some of the people who had come in to reschedule them then outright told us, blamed us because we had “said scheduling the appointment that we just wanted manicures…” When I know for a fact I said full set of acrylics cuz this ain’t my first rodeo… And that’s what we all wanted.

So collectively all three of us were disappointed in the experience and 2/3 of us disappointed with the rush job on our nails. I got a feeling we won’t at least I won’t personally go back again cuz of the disappointment and slight embarrassment cuz I talked this place up.

This place has ALOT of room for improvement! i asked for simple french tips and i was given something disastrous. one hand was good but the other was awful. i had a man with a green hat and i swear he didn’t know what he was doing. the tip part was so thick and nothing like the picture..the shape and length was good but the art wasn’t. it is chunky and comes off my nail. ALSO! he told me i could leave and my nails were dry. spoiler alert they weren’t! so my nails are now all smudged. basically ruined. all for a price of $60! 😑 very unsatisfied by the service i received. not going back and i don’t recommend.

Loved it! Massaged my legs and feet, then had nails painted on feet then hands. All personnel were professional and nice, gave my manicurist free reign after choosing colors.

I love Digits! Everyone is so friendly, and they’re almost always able to get me in same day especially on weekdays. Today Ken did a dip manicure for me and he did a fabulous job. I am always so pleased with how my nails turn out!
