I booked as always the normal shellac and at the end she wanted to charge me 7€ more … reason: to get off just the cuticle … a service also included on previous occasions.
In addition, the manicure was done so quickly that blood came out of my thumb.
Despite that she told me at the end that she should have charged me also 5€ to take off of the previous shellac (that I did the previous month from them)… while the website mention that you have to pay that just if you did the shellac somewhere else.
She also told me that the next time I should not book online to avoid to pay more… didn’t get why.
Some more explaining would have been nice. Also coming there to tell me that I have to pay more in front of other client was not nice.
And all the staff do not smile… and that make you feel weird.
I’m sorry to write that because the other 2 times it felt nicer.
They have a good selection of colours but I’d say it’s more ‘traditional’ than crazy colours. Hygiene was well kept esp during corona times as I was greeted warmly and asked to wash my hands as soon as I enter, there’s also acrylic screen between the nail technicians and the customers.
I was assigned with Ben and he was extremely patient, detailed and gentle, especially around where I had a crack in my skin due to the cold weather. He also double checked if I liked the shape and the colour I picked once it’s on my nails.
I will definitely keep coming back in the future and thanks so much to the lovely team!
