I love seeing all the updates that are happening under the new ownership. I was hoping this place would thrive again and it is! New beds, new lotion line up, way better pricing and deals each month. Staff is phenomenal, especially Gabby. You can tell she loves her job and making sure each client gets handled with the upmost respect and making sure they are educated with their needs to maximize their experience. Highly recommend this amazing salon.

I love southern exposure 🩷 it is the only tanning place that has ever welcomed me with open arms and with out making me feel intimidated or uncomfortable 😘 everyone who works here is amazing. I look forward to seeing everyone. I also get my nails done by DaNell @crown studio located inside and I love all my crown beauties 🩷 if you haven’t been I suggest you go. I look forward to showing up and it’s one of my favorite places to be ❤️☀️

Simply amazing, I have done my nails for many years with Miss Beth she it’s amazing recently started doing red lighting. all the ladies are wonderful and Miss Emma at the front desk it’s just amazing. Thank you ladies…. Would never go anywhere else….

This salon is only operating business in their interest, and not that of their customers.

I have been going to this salon for 20 plus years for any tanning needs. I prefer to support local businesses. After my last experience I will not be paying for their services again.
I went in for a spray tan this July. I noticed after being home for a while it didn’t seem to have worked. I called the salon. They said wait for 24 hours. 24 hours later still no difference. I called again. They said they had realized in the meantime that their equipment was not working. I was told to wait for a manager to call me. I completely understand these things happen.
I never received a call. I called today and they said that I was supposed to have come in to talk to a manager, so I went in right away.
When I arrived I was told not by the manager, but by the girl at the front counter that I would not be receiving a refund . I could have a “free” spray tan. Not really free since I paid for a service that I was not provided.
At this point I no longer needed a spray tan as I only did it for a vacation, and had to go to a different salon the next day to get one.
It is extremely disappointing and bad business to not refund a customer for a service they pay for, and do not receive. Especially when it is not at the fault of the customer.
It is very apparent that this business is not customer centric or customer friendly. I was never able to speak to a manager or owner.

Do not expect this business to put your interest or patronage above their own monetary gains.
