Myself and daughter came in to get our nails done. I got a full set acrylic and she got her nails painted a basic color for way too much.
My real nails aren’t glued to the fake ones as they should and my daughter nails are chipping and the 2 are completely off.
I called to see what they could do about it or if I could get a partial refund but they refused the refund said I had to come in and get them fixed I didn’t want to so that with how far they are out and how they rushed us cause they were closing.
Overall I’m annoyed with the service and customer service. $85 completely thrown away. $20 to get her nails painted and $65 for mine.
