I came in for an acrylic fill and reshape about 1 hour before they closed. I felt very rushed, she was done with my nails in about 20 minutes. In my photos you can see they are chunky and the nail polish doesn’t cover the edge which is really annoying. In addition she nicked my cuticle and made two of my fingers bleed. It’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten but I would not go back.

I would give no stars if I could. I have given this salon a lot of business. Four days ago I go there and get acrylic on my nails with gel polish, three days later my thumb nails chipped. I drove back to the mall to get my nails fixed. They give me the same woman who screwed up the first time. She fixes my nails( if you want to call it that). The one nail she left crooked and some of the polish off and now the next day my other nails are chipping. I could have saved money and used regular polish on my own nails. This place is a joke and I am done now .

I did not like how the owner/manager did my nails. I asked for dip powder, but she did acrylic so it can last longer. As she was applying she went all over my nail, finger tips and onto my skin. As she was using the nail drill she burned my skin on the side of my nail. I asked for a manicure before she started. She said she will do it after she’s done applying the dip powder. She wasn’t able to get to my cuticles because the acrylic dried above my skin. She was trying to clip the side of my nail but she clipped to far. At this point I was just done. I asked if someone else that can do my nails she said they are busy with customers. When 2 of them was sitting to the side on their phones acting like she is the only one that can do it. So I didn’t get a top coat and I paid $105 for both the manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great. The manicure was what I didn’t like the most. I had an awful experience with the owner or manager. I do not recommend this place to get manicures. They wouldn’t let me get a refund. They over charge for doing a HORRIBLE job. Falsely advertised.

Very happy I came across this salon. I had broken two nails while at work and needed it fixed asap. Thankfully I was referred to Victor who did an amazing job not only fixing my nails but he reshaped them completely. Im in love with how my nails came out and loved chatting with him . I will definitely be coming back for his services ! 😊

As I sat down I said I want my toes white and square. That’s not what I just walked out with. As the professional you should figure out what you need to do to give me what i asked for- square shape. Put acrylic, fake nail.. whatever the case might be. Communicate with me. Not just decide to do oval shape because some of my toe nails were short. And then at the end say we should have done acrylic on the big toes. I came in with acrylic. And I said I want square as I sat down. So why didn’t you do acrylic if that’s what you needed to do for me to get square shape? Overall the place is nice and the person doing my nails was too but if we can’t get one of the 2 things I asked for right then we have a problem. I haven’t had oval toes for 4y. I hate them. That was not the experience I was hoping for.
