This store was very clean, super organized and customer service associates that we dealt were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop here again. Plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean also.

So since the boardman store is lacking in product I ventured up to niles to shop at this location, the store is clean, has a different selection, I purchased a large canvas picture along with other items, when I got home I noticed the picture had a very noticeable mark on it, I misplaced my receipt but they took my phone number for returns, I went back to return the picture explained I lost my receipt was told no problem did you leave a phone number I said yes, well the cashier didn’t type in the number right because I was told nope could it have been under a different number nothing coming up I said no. The cashier than said well if you have your license on you I can just give you a gift card, so I handed over my license now a driver’s license is extremely needed and important when you hand over a license or a debit card to a cashier they should respect your property and treat it like their own, this women takes my license and since she’s having a hard time reading it begins to bend my license back and forth I said excuse me ma’am if you can’t read it I can help u but please don’t be bending my license like that, she says well I can’t see thats why i was doing it. No shame no apology. Ask for help then, please please educate your cashiers can’t be doing stuff like that.

So, if you have never been inside this store, I’ll give you a good description!
Clothing styles and sizes are hit and miss.. same with their shoes! If you are lucky enough to find something you like that is in your size, then it’s your lucky day!
This is a big discount store, like a value city ..
Fun experience if you like looking for bargains and have money to burn!

Nice store just wish they had shirts bigger then 2 x. Staff are mostly friendly there was one at checkout she was in some mood but it wasn’t the b worst experience.
