Very poor service ugh 😑 City Nails and Spa Review

My god-mother suggested that I visit City Nails and Spa for both my manicure and pedicure. Wanting to have fresh nails

My experience at City Nails and Spa was terrible. My nail technician was not friendly, she interrupted my service four times, she didn’t do a thorough job on my manicure or pedicure, and the pedicure towels were not hot. In fact, I had to return to City Nails and Spa one day after my service, because my newly applied acrylic nail gel and polish began chipping. The service and bad quality
of products resulted in my having to find another nail service provider, the day after Thanksgiving. My City Nails and Spa experience was horrible.

Kay and her staff are the absolute BEST. Kay has been my nail tech since 2016 and I NEVER go to anyone else (one time I went to someone else at a different salon in an emergency and I regretted every single second it) . I have not let any other person touch my nails since 2016 and never think about going anywhere else for pedicures or for an eyebrow waxing. Kay is extremely talented & Pays attention to detail. If you show her a picture of what you want, there’s a 99.9% chance she will be able to do it exactly how it’s pictured or better. Most of her nail techs are trained to do everything from
Ombré to complex designs with diamonds – which NEVErR fall off- & one tech in particular who’s name I can’t remember does amazing like Kay as well. In conclusion, this nail spa is the best in Baltimore. Overall 10/10 & never leaving Kay 🙌

I’ve never been so disappointed. I got a soak off and full set; it took 4 hours. It hasn’t been a full week yet. My cuticles are all bruised, 2 of my nails are lifting and the nails are uneven with shape. Some are shorter, some skinnier. It’s horrible design work too. Never again.
