Do not visit this place for lash services! I am having a bad reaction to the glue, which she says was because of latex. I’ve never had a problem before. Karin also won’t refund any part of the service and then charges an additional $10 to remove the lashes (this should be discounted). Not considering that she told me to go buy benadryl which cost money as well. Part of owning a business is customer service and taking care of your clients, which means you might have to discount services when things go wrong. They don’t care at all about repeat business.
Oh and don’t bring your phone because you can’t use it. Horrible experience

I wanted lashes, mani, and pedi. While working on my nails, I had to overhear the employees ask someone else if they had a latex allergy prior to getting lashes. No one asked me prior to starting my services, and if I hadn’t overheard that conversation, they would have proceeded to do my lashes, and I could have lost my eyesight because I have a severe latex allergy. And then to top it off, you can’t take phone calls in the building. If the employees aren’t talking to me, why can’t I talk to someone else, like my Dad, on his birthday. Plus, they left my hands soaking in the acetone or some chemical for almost 45 minutes! My fingers hurt for two days after. I called prior to the visit, and the person answering demanded a $50 deposit over the phone! Build a website with a secure payment system instead of weirdly asking for card info over the phone. I certainly didn’t pay that. Even further, as i sat there, several calls came in about appointments, and no one else was asked to make a deposit. Also please note that every thing has a separate charge, cut n file $7, polish $10, remove polish $5 and then a pedicure is $25. That doesnt make much sense. A basic pedicure should include at least cutting the toenails. Overall, it was a bad, expensive experience and I won’t return.

I really debated for a while on whether or not to make a review after what I experienced over the period of a few months starting from the summer to November of getting extensions regularly. I was recommended to come to this place for lash extensions and seeing other’s results I was more than happy to book a appointment. I was extremely satisfied with my lashes the first visit, and even the second. I ignored the sometimes excruciating pain that I felt when getting them removed there and thought everything was normal.
Fast forward to some time later, I go to a different lash tech and she was horrified at what she saw. After removing the clusters from my lashes, she described to me how my lashes were weak and in terrible condition. Things I told her I experienced made her very concerned for my lash health. Starting with the fact that your eyes should NOT hurt during lash removals, at all. My new lash tech removed the old clusters with ease with no burning what so ever. Secondly there should be instruction for after care (cleaning, maintenance, etc.), not just a simple statement of “don’t get them wet for 24 hours”. Lastly my new lash tech explained to me how after about the second lash install, I should not have received more clusters. Essentially my lashes were getting weaker and weaker, and instead of declining to service me because that was the right thing to do, the clusters were glued with no regard to my lash health at all. I’m grateful nothing worse or irreversible happened to my lashes.
I am now (with the help of my new lash tech) regrowing and re-strengthening my lashes after the damage that was done over the period of time I was serviced here.
There’s a reason you sign a waiver before getting your lash service done here. That is all I will say. Please proceed with caution if you are interested in lash extensions here. They are great for something quick and temporary, but DO NOT get them done long term at this place.
