Furthermore, when I requested a design with my pedicure, the nail tech immediately declined without offering any alternatives or explanations. As a result, I settled for a basic color to simplify the process. Additionally, I was taken aback when the nail tech proceeded with a cut down without asking. Communication and customer preferences seemed to be overlooked in this instance.
Although the salon’s decor was pleasant and the staff were friendly, I was disappointed that they could not accommodate the specific services I had come in for, namely lashes and nail design. It was disheartening to discover, only at the checkout, that there was someone else who could have provided the design I initially requested. By that time, it was too late as the alternate color had already been applied.
I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and service provision at Queen Nails salon. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the lack of coordination and the inability to fulfill advertised services left me feeling unsatisfied with my visit. I hope the salon considers addressing these issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Great price, they offer 10% off if you pay with cash and there’s an ATM on site. You can also pay (and tip) with card and still get 5% off. Wonderful nail salon.
