Haircut was good and the person who was cutting my hair was nice – this review is for the business, not for them. $45 for a 10 minute crew cut is egregious. Thoughtful to force include the wash that no one wants. But they sent me a *personalized email* thanking me after, so I’m stoked to see the money is well spent on marketing software. Might have to go back only because there aren’t other options in northern Berkshire county anymore.

When we lived in Williamstown, I always went to Christa. She is great. We moved to Pittsfield and I had a good stylist at Indulgence Salon, but she left. I tried another one at the same shop and she was horrible. She didn’t even shampoo me. Therefore, I will drive back to Williamstown to see Christa at the Clips Shop. She is great. She also gives a nice head massage with the shampoo and conditioner. She had always done a great job and I just made an appointment with her in July. I can’t wait. She also knows her many customers and is very friendly. Actually, the whole shop there is friendly, from the receptionist to any of the stylists and great with all their clients. Can’t wait to see Christa again next month and get better service and cuts.

Don’t wait, go here and specifically go to Nola NOW. If you’re scared you will go in with a picture and leave looking completely different?? That’s not what will happen AT ALL. I have only gone to Nola twice and ended up with EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. If you’re looking to walk into a place and have a ton of split ends BUT you’re not willing to part with all of that length yet? Obviously there will be transparency about your hair, but it’s 100% up to YOUR preference and there will not be an extra dusting or extra _____ amount of inches taken off. The appointments are always fast, efficient and you walk out feeling like a million bucks. 🙂

I had Yagmuir cut and color my hair and she did a fantastic job! The color was exactly what I was looking for and cut was well-done. The coloring process they use did not leave my hair dry, it was soft to the touch and had a beautiful shine to it. I have received many compliments on both my color and cut. Please see the photos.

Lauren at the Williamstown Salon is the best hairstylist I have ever been to. She does an amazing job. I have been going to her for a minimum of 5 years and have always left the salon feeling amazing!
