I do not suggest going to this place. The woman there was extremely unfriendly and appeared irritated the whole time. She applied the wrong color on my nails, and when I brought it up, she insisted that’s what I chose and removed it aggressively. Plus, one of my nails got ruined after just two days. Do not recommended at all!

This review is completely based on my personal experience with The Nail Bar on July 12, 2020. I’m from out of town visiting fam and originally went to another salon called Glam nails and spa and had a terrible nail job. It didn’t even last two weeks since I had it done on June 30, 2020. Now, I went to this establishment (The Nail Bar) to have my messed up nails fixed cause I was leaving BG in couple of days and you know, no one wants to go anywhere with eff’d up nails.

Ok so I called and a man answer and basically just said “Nail Bar” and I was taken back from that lack of customer service from the get go, now I’m not mad just a little put off by it and even laughed. Anyways, made an appointment and was told to come between 1:30pm to 2:30pm. I arrived at 2pm and they were like “huh” but they got me in, no problem. Ok, cool.

Sat with Sophia and she was great. I asked her for prices and showed pictures since I’ve already spent so much on the other nail salon, I didn’t want to spend anymore than necessary but still wanted my nails presentable.

Sophia did an amazing job with the shape, length and the smoothness from the cuticle to the nail it’s not like a huge bump or the nail job is thick. Fuxking fabulous. I told her I didn’t want the white nails to be marbled, more scary, I told her. Lol, she did way above my expectations. Total appraisal cost of my nail is $80 which is fine, she did amazing. My only thing about it is that the dude who answered the phone when I called was the manager, lol. Rude in person and on the phone but no biggie, I just want the end result. I’m only putting 4 stars at this moment. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town but I want to try more of their intricate design from the other nail techs.

Came back second time since the last time. Lincoln and Henry got me looking pretty af. Henry does amazing on my pedi and didn’t hurt me. Lincoln does well with shaping and application. Changed rating to 5 stars. I will be back next time.

I had a really great experience!!!!! I would come back!!!! I only had one problem when I got a pedicure and gel nail polish I put my shoes on any why look funky now but it’s fine I love ❤️ them!!!!!

This place came pretty well recommended and I’m not disappointed with the work itself but not crazy about the salon. While it is definitely beautiful I felt like there should’ve been a lot more color choices and the staff were pretty impatient about getting everyone to make choices and go here and go there even though there weren’t a lot of people there. I ended up waiting in between getting things done even though I had called and made an appointment. The color choices were disappointing in my opinion as they did not have any of the colors I had wanted. I felt like the staff viewed me as an annoyance especially when I wasn’t happy with the color choices for my nails. I find it frustrating when I can’t communicate with the staff. It is a nice place and better than the other places I have been. The prices were fair and I May come back.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Every time I come they deliver, no long waits and total precision and detail to making it perfect and feel like a full spa experience. And affordable price comparatively. My new go-to!!
