As you can see the owner responded with an excuse of being busy. so now you mean to tell me that when you all are busy, you want up charge for services. That makes zero sense. Not only that when I called and asked about price I was also told I could come in and be seen quickly. Soooooo sounds like an excuse opposed to accountability. I don’t need nor would I ever want to come back to this establishment.
I called prior to showing up and I asked about getting my nails re-shaped and I also informed them I did not get my nails done in Kentucky and I just wanted them shaped. I was told it would be about $10 to do so OK cool so when I show up to the salon, a lady comes up to me and then she tries to tell me that she can’t do it because it’s gonna take off my polish. I told her I don’t care about the polish. I just want my reshape. I can redo the polish myself then she says OK fine $30 for reshape no you all are tripping I told her over the phone I was quoted a price for $10 and then she states yes $10 and up why are you charging me more than 10 or $15 to do a shape you’re not doing anything else to my nails no polish, no tools only a nail file, you see a money opportunity and thought you were gonna get somebody. . I went to a place across the street I was able to get my reshape for $15 no mess up to my nail color nor design as I stated even if it did mess up I could fix that without issue.
