I like what they offer but, pedicures feel rushed and my wife ended up getting cut pretty bad(I brought her for a couples Pedicure). They did apologize and offered discount which we appreciated. However, better attention to detail and slowing the pace when cutting/trimming anything is a must.

Service was excellent, haircut was pretty bad. Had about 13in of long curly hair that had been growing for months/years. Was expecting higher end hairdresser/ stylists but could probably get the same or better for a fraction of the cost. I don’t think many are equipped to handle long curly hair with men….I felt bad for the dresser and told him I was satisfied. Truth is I was afraid of any more damage being done but it is on me that I didn’t express my true feelings.

Be specific and vocal about how you’d like your fade to look. I incorrectly assumed showing a photo of what I’d like my fade and hard part to look like would be sufficient.
I ended up with a very short high fade but once it was done, it is what it is. Hair will grow back and lesson learned. Place is clean and friendly.

The manicure and pedicure were decent my nails were buffed but don’t look like it. Eyebrows looked really good. I had my ears waxed but literally had to shave them after leaving because the job done wasn’t good at all. Which is the overall reason for my rating. Wish I would’ve caught it before leaving so I could’ve had it corrected but I didn’t.

Totally worth it. Went in and got a haircut/beard trim from Charlie who made the experience a joy. I wasn’t entirely sure how to explain my hair-style, but with a rough idea he understood exactly my vision PLUS more. I trusted him and he delivered- while also making the experience a fun time. The shops vibes are also 10/10- the ambiance, people, and tone of it all help you feel relaxed and comfortable.
