Extremely disappointed in my GelX manicure I paid $65 + tip for on Saturday June 15th. By Sunday night one of my nails had already popped off and a second one popped off Monday morning. These were done for a very special occasion and the staff talked me into doing this gel manicure. When I went to go back in Monday morning they were going to charge me for a removal less than 48 hours later. They removed the polish and my nails look worse than they did before I went in for my original manicure.
I will be going somewhere else from now on, was disappointed in managements handling of the situation. So disappointed I paid $80 to have my nails back to natural 2 days later without a real manicure. I still had glue from the GelX all around my fingers. Guess I will be heading back to heavenly nails.

See the photos. Dip + tips turned out like wavy bubble nails. When I asked them why she said it was a problem with my nail bed. I wouldn’t have added tips I’d I had known they would look like this. She was unapologetic about how they turned out.

I go to Polish’d every 2-3 months for a “treat myself” day. The staff have all taken fantastic care of my nails each time I’ve visited. The environment is quiet, calm, and relaxing. I’ve brought friends along and they’ve all enjoyed their visits as well 🙂

My daughter and I discovered this absolute jewel of a spa while visiting Tampa. We had the best experience! Yan and Diana were great! My daughter’s nails are beautiful and Yan gave the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had! We are already planning another trip to Tampa just to get pampered again!!
