If there were a zero star option – that would be my choice. Extremely rude, did a terrible job. Polish is all over my skin, they cut my skin, and all they did for my “manicure” was clip my cuticles. Absolutely awful experience. I have never in my life had such a poor experience at a nail salon. Do not go here – go anywhere else.

Technician soaked and cleaned the soft dry skin from under my toes and then wiped it on my skin and not on the towel. The first time she did it I tried to give her a chance thinking maybe she was tired..she kept doing it. I told her to not do that wipe it on the towel. Not only was it unsanitary it clearly said to me don’t come back.
