I went to this place that I’ve been to several times before, but I almost always get gel polish this time. I wanted just regular polish and after 20 minutes of being under the dryer it peeled right off of my fingernail and the girl said that it takes a really long time for it to dry. I understand that regular polish can take a while to dry, but it shouldn’t be tacky and peel right off your nail after 20 minutes so fast-forward and almost an hour later and I can still press on the polish and get a fingernail print, or a fingerprint on the polish and one of my nails was glued because it had cracked and glue stuck to the nail in my finger and trying to take the glue off the polish just was peeling off. I’ve had my nails done with regular polish for many years and never had it peel off like that. I asked her about the polish because it came right out of the gel Polish box and the technician said that the color is regular polish, but the topcoat is the gel so they are cutting corners by using the gel polish kit and using the color as a regular color and putting a regular topcoat on top of it so therefore, it’s not curing your nail as fast as regular polish wood. I know that polish is the most popular but they shouldn’t spend money on regular polish just because of that. I’m doing three stars because the people are very kind and courteous, but the business itself is cutting corners in the quality of the product they’re using

Terrible service. My service included a mani and pedicure. My gel application is blotchy and sloppy. I have nails that are breaking after one day. I wasted too much money for my nails to look played with.

I’m not usually one to post reviews like this but after spending $140 here I feel the need to. I got a gel pedicure and a full gel set here. During my pedicure I told her what I had wanted for my nails and asked if they were able to do so. My nail tech and 2 other workers said no problem we can do that. But during my pedicure she kept trying to talk me out of getting what I wanted on my nails which was making me irritated. Fast forward to getting my nails done she asked what shape I wanted and I told her coffin, she said no you want almond that’s more in style. I was fed up at this point so I just said okay. She was not horribly rude but not very nice either. I was happy with what I received, but not even a week later all of my nails were lifted and multiple of my toe nail polish had chipped off. I always pay for gel on my toes because it tends to last longer but it didn’t even last a week here so I would not recommend it.

I don’t often get my nails done but when I do I would go to DQ but that will probably change. I went with my mother on the 6th and the application for both or is was disappointing. We both paid extra for gel nail polish and hers chipped the next day. The application was very uneven and there’s a lot of polish built up around the edges of our nails. It’s been just over one week and we both have large chips from the poor application. I get gel because it’s supposed to last week… Not days

My favorite nail salon. They have quite a few very talented nail techs that do great work. I personally tend to make appointments to see nick, he is so consistent which is big for me, you know exactly what you’re gonna get. He puts a lot of focus on shaping and a flawless finish. Most recently I had my nails done by Kathy and asked for a mountain design for my upcoming baby shower and she did an amazing job, so much better than the inspo photo. She is very talented.
