I don’t ever write reviews, but I decided I should in this case. A friend of mine and I went to get our nails done on Friday; I got just a classic French. I got exactly what I have got done before, but else where and it lasted for a very long time. At this place, the person doing my nails cut me several times (didn’t even apologize for it), my nails are uneven, nails are bumpy in some places, and there is a fuzz on my thumb which bothers me. I asked if they could fix it (told them I would pay to have the whole thumb redone) and all they did was look at my thumb and told me good to go. I’ll insert a picture of what they looked like the day after getting them done. I just find it very frustrating to pay to get my nails done and have to go and get them redone long before I should have to. I also want to add my nails/fingers looked health prior to getting them done here. This is the worst my nails/hands have ever looked. When I got my toes done in May they were messed up but decided to let it go since who is really looking at my feet? I decided to give them another chance and I am very disappointed in how my nails turned out and the service given.

I called and made an appointment to be with Winnie because she does an amazing job with my nails normally. when i got there i told them i had an appointment with winnie. instead of sitting me with winnie they sat me with someone else. and rather than soaking my nails in acetone to get the gel off of my nails the guy took an acrylic tip and pried the gel off my nail resulting in cutting my finger. when i told him my finger was cut he responded with “it’s not bleeding” and proceeded to put acetone on the spot where the cut was. he asked if i wanted almond shape and i responded yes because that was what was in the photo i provided. he shaped them more stiletto than almond. after the nails were done i told the man at the counter my finger got cut and i said i wanted a discount for the troubles. he said he would give me $5 off. the price for my step mother and i was 140. i got a full set which they claim to be 45 and she got a gel manicure which would’ve been 65. he said it was 65 for both of us which 65+65 is only 130. i gave him 140 and he gave me ten back which means there was no discount. i’ve gone there before and had a good experience but this was very disappointing. below are pictures of what i wanted and a photo of the cut.

Always happy with my nails from Winnie and Billy at Top nails! Top notch service and always leave with beautiful nails! They also give a wonderful massage to your hands and shoulders. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter and I made a last minute appointment. Even though it seemed the person doing my nails was being trained in doing the dipped nail tips I was extremely happy with result. Someone supervised her and made sure I was happy with each step. My daughter took a picture of the multi colored tip look she wanted for her acrylic set and they look almost identical to the picture. Prices very reasonable and atmosphere much less busy than some of the other bigger nail bars. We would definitely go there again.
