WORST PEDICURE IVE EVER RECEIVED!! And I’ve had thousands! Don’t let the place fool you, it looks nice but WOW! I sit in the chair and the lady is rushing everything; super obvious. The lady paints my nails which look like a blind bat painted them, they look terrible, all within 10 minutes mind you. I tell her not to even bother with anything else!!! I was getting the classic pedicure for $45 and for $60 they will sprinkle some fairy dust into the water. What a joke!! I leave the chair my feet still wet, I get to the counter and they have me pay $28 to have my nails painted, why I even paid I have no idea. A good business would have said we are so sorry you aren’t satisfied, how can we make it right? The place is a JOKE! I usually go to Vivi’s nail salon in old Carrollwood but unfortunately they are closed on Sunday.

My sister and I went here on over the weekend , it was very nice and relaxing. Many colors to choose from and pedicure options as well. We went on a Sunday around 2 pm and there was no wait. The pedicure i got was phenomenal! Very clean and organized place. Almost everyone was very kind and sweet.. I do have to say there was one lady that was just a little too pushy. She was doing my sister’s pedicure and kept trying to upsell her on a more expensive pedicure. And she was rushing us to pick a color. Wasn’t very please with her. But other than that we had a great experience. Would recommend!

I love coming here but be careful who you ask for. It’s either a big hit or a big miss of who does your nails. After this time though, I’m done. I got someone for my pedicure who I really like but my manicure was horrible. I wanted the tip of my nails got but she then filed them way too short when I said I didn’t want them too short and the when I told her the shape, she filed them way to low again. Plus the shape she started, wasn’t good at all and was different on the first three nails. When she put the two tips that I needed, she used way too much glue. Their was dry glue on my nails that once I was fully done, I still had to ask the second nail technician to please help remove it. She did one hand when I requested someone else. (I had got my nails done before with her and didn’t like them so I didnt want that to happen again) once the other person came, while filing, she cut me deep with the file. The color I got is what I wanted, but the quality is horrible. Out of maybe like 10 technicians, 4 are good. I’ll be trying else where now.

Jenny is the most amazing nail technician!!! She does the BEST job!! I’ve had other people there that I have not been happy with but Jenny knows exactly what I want and she does the best job every single time! I will literally wait hours for her! You will not be disappointed with her work!

The charge 5 dollars extra just for cutting the cuticles it’s just crazy when they do your feet the heel of your foot they don’t care about that part they just take of the dirt but when your feet dry it’s still hard on your heel also the price of things I get it to be a little over priced but 55 dollars for short short nails it’s way to much also the charge for the design for a French tip. It’s like $10 which is crazy. She said if she did a line that would be $5.05 dollars for a line on your nails .
