Asked for the design in the first picture and the lady told me that would be easy. Told her I didn’t want fake nails put on and if she couldn’t do the design on my regular nails I would pick something else, but she said she could do that on my regular nails so I stuck with this. She then proceeds to put fake nails on, then gives me an awful nail design (she kind of got the concept down of what I wanted) but it looks like trash. There are spots of nail showing through the white she put on and don’t even get me started on this gold mess that she put on the white part. It looks absolutely awful, she charged me $70 just for the nails, and then had the nerve to say “ohh it looks just like the picture.” I will never be going back here.

Phay did an awesome job at my nails. Exactly what I had asked for for style and she was so easy to talk to. Chi did my pedicure and she did my pedicure the last time too-all nice things to say about these two individuals. Will keep coming back!

I didn’t read reviews before I came here and thankfully my tech for my pedicure was super nice and talkative. My pedicure did last an hour if you include her prep time and time in between treatments being a few minutes, but I paid $65 for the “natural” version thinking I’d get better products but I got the same as other pedicures and didn’t get everything that was listed. The hot stone massage is listed as a 25 minute massage and it lasted a literal minute so I was really bummed about that as it’s my favorite part and main reason for coming. She did massage my legs for about 10 minutes at the end but it’s still not what I was thinking I was paying for.

My sister and I were walk-ins right when they opened. There was no one else in the salon, we asked to be seated together and got sat across the salon from each other. After asking several times to sit together, the nail techs both threw a fit and got very rude. The nail tech doing my sisters nails was very grabby with her after that. We both did not get the color we asked for (I chose silver chrome), and all of my nails were crooked. I ended up having to go home and file them all myself to try to fix them. I told her they were crooked but she told me she would fix them at the end, and never did. I was very disappointed in our experience here, and we will not be back. It’s been 2 days and my nails are already catching on my hair and starting to chip off.

We took our granddaughter for her first set of acrylics. We couldn’t be happier. She knew what she wanted and they did not disappoint. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and nice. Thank you Rio for making this an enjoyable experience.
